Check out the Maino Interview & Freestyle on BET’s The Deal HERE!
Maino remains focused on being the best musician he can be, but aside from welcoming haters, the rapper puts his son above all. Maino told Sister2Sister Magazine, “I’m Zane’s (his son) hero. And it’s a lot of responsibility. Like I want to be there for him in a way that my father wasn’t there for me. So I try to teach him everything early. I tell him he will be better than me. He won’t have to go through what I’ve been through to learn.” Be on the lookout for Maino’s first major debut IF TOMORROW COMES… dropping next year.
Maino recently had the chance to speak with Jabari on why he is the truth, what he brings to the table, and what he focuses on while making music. He also spoke on his ten year jail sentence, and what he has learned from his time in lock up. Watch the FULL interview below now! Be on the lookout for Maino’s debut IF TOMORROW COMES… dropping next year.
