Hello I’m Rose,
Your song All of the Above bought me back from a rough place, You see I had just lost my mother and at a time when things are starting to work out she’s not here to share, I sing African Christian Music in over 15 languages and I’m an African-American from Brooklyn and at 48 I started over. I’m in college, I live on campus and this summer will be my first trip to Africa. Oh yeah I got a picture on file too! I thank you for telling your story. Although I have cousins and a daughter I live in PA alone you see it was just me and my mom all my life. She died too soon. When I listened to your song I remembered how tough I am and the fight that brought me through. I’m not saying Jesus didn’t bring me through, cause he did, I just needed to be reminded of what I was made of. You know people will kick you into your destiny, get in position and land on your feet. God bless you sir, You will forever be in my prayers.
